ACOA looks for

- Capacity to implement or commercialize
- Measurable business outcomes
Not supported
Projects ACOA won't fund under RAII

- Standard ERP implementations
- General IT modernization
- Training-only initiatives
- Projects where AI isn't central to the outcomes
